便秘になったら、いきなり下剤飲むよりもゴボウとコンニャク食うほうが先でやんしょ。そして聞いたこともない名前の健康食品を個人輸入して蕁麻疹を起こして時間外に駆け込む前に、好き嫌いせずにちゃんと三食ゴハン食べて、昼は動いて夜は寝て朝起きてくれ。
